Manoa, Inc. ("Manoa," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit manoa.health, join our waitlist, or use the Manoa application (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

4. Protected Health Information

Manoa's clinical decision-support features may process information that constitutes Protected Health Information ("PHI") under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA"). When Manoa acts as a Business Associate to a covered entity, our handling of PHI is governed by the applicable Business Associate Agreement and HIPAA, which take precedence over this Policy with respect to PHI. This Policy governs all other information.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and legal context.
