What does the 7-day free trial cover?

Full Solo or Pro feature set for 7 days. No credit card required to start. You'll get a sign-up link emailed to you as we open seats.

What's a 'case'?

A single coverage research session for one patient. Describe the patient, get a ranked comparison of treatment options with coverage, step therapy, cost, and citations. There's no cap on cases per month on any tier.

Are scribes required for Pro?

No. Pro includes the async-on-scribe coverage analysis when a scribe is present. The chat agent works on its own when one isn't.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel any time from your account settings. Your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period.

What does Practice tier include?

Everything in Pro, plus shared research workspace for clinician + MA, voice agent for benefit verification, SMART on FHIR for bidirectional EHR read/write, panel-level coverage analysis, practice analytics, audit log, and priority payer ingestion. Three-seat minimum.

Does Manoa submit prior authorizations?

No. Manoa prepares the case (coverage decision, step therapy logic, ranked alternatives). Submission stays with your existing tools or RCM partner.

HIPAA and BAA?

Design partners are on custom signed BAAs today. A click-through BAA flow ships with general access in Q3. Enterprise BAA terms and SOC 2 land with Practice tier at V2.
